Papa John’s announced their successful removal of 14 ingredients that the company vowed to no longer use back in June 2015.
Three artificial colors were among the list: Synthetic Beta-Carotene, Caramel Color, and Titanium Dioxide.
Advancements in natural color options continue to close the gap between synthetic and natural colors, enabling food manufacturers to reformulate with cleaner and simpler ingredients.
