Herza Schokolade Launches On-Trend Purple Chocolate Range

Purple colors in foods is one of the strongest trends this year. Cupcakes, ice cream and waffles in vivid lilac are just as much on trend as violet fruit and vegetables. In line with these colorful trends, Herza Schokolade has introduced a new purple range of chocolate consisting of white chocolate enhanced with natural color from elderberries, aronia berries, wild blueberries, beetroot, black carrots, and hibiscus flower extract.
Available in six different shades of purple and customizable shapes, the pieces not only can add healthy halo around indulgent products but also add great visual delight. “The purple chocolates are designed to upgrade trendy foods like superfood cereal mixes and to make healthy foods like muesli more attractive for a wider target group,” says Herza sales director, Carsten Braumann.
