It’s official. Panera Bread is now 100 percent clean.
Panera Bread announced this week its entire US food menu and portfolio of Panera at Home products are now free from flavors, preservatives, sweeteners and colors from artificial sources as defined by the company’s No-No List. This is an impressive clean-up from the well-known bakery-cafe chain.
It will be interesting to see how their sales do from the menu transformation. Given their new product innovation and reformulation was driven by consumer insights, we expect to see growth in sales.
